Lyrebird is proud to stock many handcrafted items made specially for us by Artisans who work in small batches. They are not always available, often they are unique one offs

Many of our Artisan range items are inspired by Steiner's indications for early childhood education, following the guide of being well made, made from natural materials, openended to allow for imaginations to wonder, explore and lead to creative play - "play is the work of the child"
