Grapat’s natural Wild are beautifully simple, 12 organic shaped wooden pieces, reflecting the beauty of the fauna realm. The perfect size for little hands to grasp and hold, they can be used in a variety of ways for discovery and imaginary play. To help connect the child with the cyclical changes in nature. By collection objects from nature such as feathers, leaves and petals the imagination can transform the creatures into winged beings. Take them for a nature walk and find environments for them to play. The beautifully crafted wooden box with sliding lid has a compartment for each to rest when play has come to a close, so they can all be accounted for before closing the lid at the end of play. Included in the wooden sorting/storage box is a whimsical little story written on a card in each compartment about each creature. Turn over the card if you want to write your own little story or description to place in each compartment.

Each creature has its own personality and strengths helping children discover more about the world around them but also more about themselves.

Grapat is a small, family-run workshop producing natural wooden toys in Catalonia, Spain. Made with love using mostly beech and birch wood sourced locally from sustainable forests. All Grapat Toys are finished with water-based, non-toxic dyes and vegetable oils, and come beautifully presented in sustainable eco-friendly packaging.
