The little felt fairies have found themselves scattered around the world, delighting all who see them. They have become very appealing gifts, with many adults, as well as children becoming collectors. These fairies make a delightful addition to the nature table.
The fairies are made in Seasonal collections, often a flower may be remade with variations in subsequent years. They are made in small batches by various skilled crafters. made from 100% natural materials including high quality Dutch wool felt, wool hair, pressed cotton maché inner head and body cone, arms are wired allowing for gentle posing.
Although we have a vast collection of stock, we generally display current seasonal offerings in our retail shop to avoid having an overwhelming selection to choose from - collectors are always welcome to enquire about out of season varieties if not seen on our current seasonal display.

Ambrosius is a social enterprise, initially started by a parent at a Steiner school in Romania making craft to sell in the local school community, it grew to become a fundraiser for the school and then onto becoming a cottage industry supporting local women to earn an income in meaningful work around their families needs, whilst also continuing to make donations to the local Steiner school.
